Hi there,
Ive tried to create a button on my home page to link to a popup form, following the instruction on the Klaviyo Support Forum How to Trigger a Popup or Flyout Form When a Button Is Clicked – Klaviyo - Help Center
I’ve followed these to the letter, and it doesnt seem to be working, as you can see on my home page here. The button is there but it doesnt appear to work:

Unfortunately, as installing a button to trigger a popup requires custom coding, neither the Support nor Community team can exactly troubleshoot this for you. However, I’d additionally suggest checking out these very helpful similar topics in the Community about others sharing their experience trying to set this up!
If you don't have a developer on your team and are not comfortable adding the code yourself, I’d definitely consider reaching out to a Klaviyo Partner for assistance as other users in a similar situation have done in the past.
