I was wondering if it was possible to link Tidio’s Lyro AI chatbot to Klaviyo’s SMS messaging. So, when customers text us back, after subscribing to SMS, it can work like the chat on the website. It would be able to answer questions about products, shipping, policies, stories, etc. and all through SMS. But, customers would also be able to ask follow-up questions regarding SMS marketing campaigns. It would be a huge help for customers and I’m sure would help drive sales. Tidio already links to Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp in a similar way. Is there a way to do this currently via integrations or some other way? And will this be a feature in the future?

Thanks for the question. Right now, we unfortunately don’t have a Klaviyo-built integration that can send customers’ sent SMS messages to Tidio’s chatbot. That being said, when I look online, I do see a couple custom integrations, one made by Tidio, and one in Zapier, that are meant to connect with Klaviyo. I can’t speak exactly to what they do or don’t do, as we at Klaviyo didn’t develop them, but they might be worth looking into. I’m attaching links below so you can check them out:
