A/B test Smart Opt-inBecause the structure and functionality of the Smart Opt-in form is unique from other forms, you’ll need to take an additional step to measure the impact of Smart Opt-in on your list growth. You can create an A/B test on a Smart Opt-in form to test it against a traditional SMS opt-in method, then create a segment for each variation and measure the segment growth per opt-in method.  Configure a new A/B testTo do so, you’ll first need to create a new A/B test, and assign each form variation a new hidden profile property: Open the form editor for your Smart Opt-in form. In the top left corner, select Create A/B Test. Hello, we recently set up our SMS campaign but no text messages have been delivered since starting it. So far it lists that 58 were “skipped”. Some of these we understand like no consent, failed trigger or invalid number but the majority of them say “Missing Number”.  We tried to test this out with a few employees of ours and we put our numbers in and initiated the flow but we did not receive the SMS message. We received the emails that we are expected to receive but for some reason we have not had a single SMS message deliver to anyone. Any idea what’s going on and what we can do? SMS and MMS are priced differently. The total cost per message is $0.01 for SMS and $0.03 for MMS. I’m working on adding an SMS branch to our abandon cart flow and I am not seeing where to add the link to return them to their cart from the text…. will this auto populate? When I send a preview text to myself there is no link but not sure if that’s because I don’t have a cart to preview?
