Sign up forms not showing on Klaviyo dashboard!??

Forum|alt.badge.img

Hello, I just logged into Klaviyo and all the sign up forms have disappeared from the sign up forms dashboard. (I am the only user at the moment). I have just made a new test form and published it live. Still it doesn’t show. Has this ever happened to you guys? It’s scary, we work so much to set up all these forms etc. and suddenly the platform doesn’t display them…

Hi @Francesca,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! Just one more angle as well - if all the forms have disappeared, can you double check in the bottom right corner that you are signed into the right account?

Not sure if you have access to multiple accounts, but I’ve definitely had this happen before where I got a bit of a fright only to realise I was logged into a test account!

Thanks
David

Hey @Francesca ,

If none of your forms are showing up - not even a brand new one - it's likely an account issue rather than a browser glitch.

First, let's check if Klaviyo has flagged your account for a compliance review. You might have received an email about restrictions?

Another possibility is that your form display rules or targeting settings are hiding your forms. Try setting a form to "Show on all pages" to see if that makes a difference.

Also, ensure you're in the correct account and workspace, and that your API integration is set up correctly.

It's also possible that Klaviyo is experiencing a platform bug. Check their status page to see if forms disappearing is a known issue.

Lastly, verify your account status, check forms on another browser or device, and create a new form with no restrictions.

If none of these steps work, it would be best to reach out to Klaviyo support. They'll help you get your forms back up and running!

Hi @Francesca, welcome to the community - and I’m sorry you’re experience this issue!

Are you saying you don’t see your signup forms in the admin of Klaviyo? Or, are you saying that your signup forms are not appearing on your website.

If it’s not appearing in Klaviyo, I would contact support to make sure that there isn’t anything wrong with your account or if there’s a temporary glitch.

If it’s not showing on your website, you can following these troubleshooting tips to see if that remedies your problem:

If you tried all the above, comment back here in the community and give us some examples or screenshots and perhaps we can be of further help.

Hi @Francesca !

I’ve double checked our bug logs and can confirm that there are no active or reported bugs related to this issue! It sounds to me like this may be a browser related issue - can you try opening an incognito browser to see if the issue persists?

Hi @Francesca,

Let me know if you’ve figured this out, or if you need more assistance! I’d like to echo DavidV’s answer - if you’ve ever made a second Klaviyo account using the same email/account name, you might just be in the wrong account.
