Issues With Branded Sending Domain

Hiii Klaviyo Community, 

I am having issues setting up our branded sending domain on Klaviyo. I have tried both dynamic and static methods however both receives an ‘Action required’ status. 

Our Domain provider is Digital Pacific

 

Any insights greatly appreciated!

Could you please remove all the records you previously added and restart the process using the steps outlined in the video below?
