Problem: Sending email flow multiple times, because of more than one product.

Dear Crowd,

I am new to klaviyo and got the problem that my flow on a product trigger ends in the situation that all customers who ordered more than one product, recieve the flow more times.

Where can I change the settings that just one email is sent even when more products are purchased?
Without setting smart sending off, because I want them to recieve my campaigns.

Thanks!

An ‘ordered product’ event occurs for each product in the placed order; it’s possible that a contact enters your flow multiple times as it’s event triggered. For comparison, a ‘placed order’ event occurs once per order.

To ensure your contacts do not trigger the flow multiple times and do not receive duplicate emails, you need to add a filter ‘has not been in the flow in the last X hours/days/weeks”. See below. That filter is evaluated before each flow message is sent.

Hope that helps

Andy
