Hello,

I am creating a Post Purchase flow.
In the first email, I need to add a recap of the order with the details of the orders and I don't have the possibility to do it. I can add products that customers saw or added to cart but not the option for them placed order. Can you help me with that ?

The easiest way to do this:

  1. Go to your abandoned checkout flow and save the table in the email that displays the recipient’s products as universal content. Add that table from the list of universal content to your email in your post-purchase flow. Assuming your post-purchase flow is triggered from ‘placed order’, that table will display the products from the recipient's most recent order.
  2. If you don’t yet have an abandoned checkout flow, create one from the Klaviyo Shopify templates at draft, and then follow the steps to save the table as universal content described in step 1 to your post-purchase flow email.

If you need any further help, let me know.

Regards

Andy
