Does anyone have information on email conversion when using Canva vs Klaviyo to design? I just joined a webinar that said using Klaviyo’s editor makes better converting emails but Canva designed emails looks so much better. Does anyone have any insights?

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for sharing your question!

Are you referencing our webinar on designing emails that convert? If so, we were not saying that only Klaviyo templates are templates that will incite a purchase, but more so sharing tips and tricks to get that purpose!

While our drag an drop editor has a lot of great features, you can create templates in Canva instead if you want! It should be noted that you can’t simply upload a Canva template into Klaviyo, but will need to export the HTML of the design from Canva and upload it into Klaviyo as  an HTML email. If you prefer to take this route, we  would strongly suggest partnering with your developer or a Klaviyo partner, like a Champion, to customize the code to work within Klaviyo's CSS.

Additionally, some users also use Figma for their design needs too. The choice is up to you!

Hope this helps!
