Ive added the code to create a custom Added to Cart event for Shopify that tracks when a customer adds an item to a cart, which you can use to trigger an abandoned cart flow. But Klavyio still wont allow me to create the campaign. The button to create the new campaign doesnt allow for it to be created. Any ideas? Thanks

I also have a custom Added To Cart event to trigger a flow!
If you’d like to send a campaign to people who Added to cart, then you need first to create a segment of this audience. If you want to create a flow instead, I’d suggest first you check whether you custom metric is tracking properly.
To do that, head over to the Analytics > Metrics tab, then the name of your custom Added To Cart, and check whether the events are coming in.
If your custom Added To Cart works, then in Flows > Create from Scratch, you can create a flow that will be triggered when someone enters your custom Added To Cart event.
