Hey Klaviyo Community!
I am having a rough time with my popups. Within the Klaviyo popup builder, everything looks formatted perfect. However, when you visit the website (www.shopgreytones.com) all of the fonts are not formatted correctly. Parts will be wrong sized, others will be be bold.
Not 100% sure how long this issue has been happening (didn’t originally occur after initial setup). I like to update them quarterly to add fresh content. I am on a paid Shopify theme that has not been altered in code at all. I read a couple older threads that mentioned this could have been the result of some CSS edits.
Appreciate any help someone may have!
