Creating customer to a segment based on form

If you are using Klaviyo forms, you can add a hidden field to the form that will add a custom profile property when a person submits the from. In the button block (typically the subscribe button), there is an option to add a hidden property. Here is a screen shot from my account:

I have a profile property of “Signup Source” for which the value is “Newsletter Embed”, so I can easily segment everyone who signed up from the embedded form. Here is the segment definition:

You can name the profile property whatever suits your needs, as well as the value that is stored.
