Hello,

I am looking to create a flow that does two things.

  1. Sends to customer on predicted date of repurchase
  2. Has a dynamic product block that pulls in the last purchased product

I’ve set up the flow to send on predicted date of repurchase but can’t seem to set the product block to pull the last purchased product.

We are using Woocommerce.

While there are dynamic product feeds that display "customer may like" products based on a profile history (if there's sufficient order data), Klaviyo shows related products in that feed, not those purchased. Effectively, product feeds are for upselling/cross selling.

I've raised an enhancement request with Klaviyo support; it's clearly something Klaviyo should be able to do in feeds, as the data is there. Without that feature, a replenishment flow triggered by the predicted Expected Date Of the Next Order is less personalised and, therefore, not optimal.

I know that's not the answer you were hoping for!

Regards

Andy
