Every time I go to click to edit a conditional split in a flow, it crashes on me and says something went wrong...any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you!

Sorry to see that you are having an issue with the flows builder. Usually when something like this happens you can resolve the problem by logging out of Klaviyo, clearing your browser and cache history and restarting your device. Most of the time this works. If you are continuing to have an issue I would create a support ticket for them to dive deeper into why you are getting this error.
