Hi! We have a flow triggered by Placed Order + a 3h delay. Then I’m using conditional splits to filter out people who bought metal, wooden, or stone, items.

My question is: if i use a conditional split ‘Placed Order where collection = metal at least once since starting this flow’, does it mean that only people who made an extra purchase in the last 3h (since starting this flow) will meet the requirements? Or people who purchased something from the metal collection right before the flow was triggered for them?

Thank you

Hi @lizziwuyts,

In your scenario, I believe that including Since starting this flow at the conditional split would only include customers who made a purchase within the last 3 hours, after the flow was originally triggered for them. Hope this helps!
