I would like to set up email confirmation in two languages. I would like to divide it somehow, so that Polish customers receive this email in Polish and the rest in English. Is this even possible?
I have to created sign up forms in Polish and English. Polish will be displayed on .com/* and English on .com/en*

What I would do if I were you:
Make a segment for Polish customers
Make a segment for all other customers
Go to Growth Tools
Customize subscribe and preference pages for specific list
Choose the segment for all other customers
Make everything in English
You can also do it the other way around and make everything by default in English and then make specific pages for your Polish customers. But I’m assuming most of your customers are Polish.
