Active signup form not shown

I saw your pop-up immediatly when first visiting your url.

You state it’s ‘no longer visible so I assume you did see it initially. It could be your issue is the set-up in the ‘Targeting & Behaviour’ controls of the form(s).

Check the ‘Display’ setting ‘After a visitor closes this form, show again after X days’ If that’s set to, say, 3 days, if you close the form it won’t show again to your test account until you visit in 3 days time. Also if ‘Don’t show again if form was submitted or if go to URL button was clicked’ is enabled, it won’t appear if you’ve submitted the form.

Also check ‘Targeting’.  For example, if you’ve set ‘Visitors to ‘don’t show to exisitng Klaviyo profiles’ it won’t display if a visitor is an existing Klaviyo profiile.

Let me know changing any of these settings fixes your issue.
