I checked a customer in Shopify that does not have an email, nor do they have any opt-in set. See screenshot below:
It appears customer with phone and address have been synced. This was the during the initial sync when using Re-import.
Can someone please confirm what fields in Shopify trigger a customer to import during Re-import? I was only expecting customers with emails but I do see value in getting these other customers, since an email may be captured in the future for them and getting their history is useful.

Hey @eharrington5
When you perform a re-import of customers from Shopify to Klaviyo, it typically involves importing all customer records, regardless of whether they have an email address. This is useful for capturing as much customer data as possible
Fields Triggering Customer Import during Re-import
Email Address
Phone Number
Physical Address
Customer Tags: If customers are tagged in Shopify, these tags can be imported and used for segmentation in Klaviyo.
Customer Status: Customers who have placed orders or have an active account status might be prioritized for import.
