Data for post-purchase email in Klaviyo, WooCommerce, PPOM for WooCommerce, and WPC Order Tip

I am currently using Klaviyo, WooCommerce, PPOM for WooCommerce, and WPC Order Tip for WooCommerce. I am working on an email notification for customers when an order is placed and I am facing a few issues:

  1. In the 'Order Placed' event, the metadata does not capture the value from the Tip sent. I plan to work around this by subtracting the value of each product, shipping, and discount from the final bill in Klaviyo. Is there a way to do this?
  2. When using PPOM, the values received from WooCommerce in the metadata are inconsistent, not fixed in any specific field. Sometimes it's metadata 2, sometimes metadata 1. Is there a way to fix them in one place?
