What would I need to do to manage / run multiple campaigns for different clients, all under one account ? I’m a new user, appreciate any helpful feedback!

Hi @camavelli,

To add on to the fantastic response that David left above:

You’ll want to make sure that you follow these steps in order to gain access to each of your client’s account:

  1. Create a Klaviyo account for your business (it can be a free account, but make sure you use a centralized email address that can be shared externally with clients)
  2. Ask clients to invite your Klaviyo user as either an Admin or Manager (this will give you the level of access needed to fully manage their account)

After these steps are complete, you will see the toggle view to switch between managed accounts all under one Klaviyo account.

Hope this helps!

Hi @camavelli,

Welcome to the Klaviyo community!

You are able to have access to multiple accounts, and switch between accounts seamlessly by clicking on the account name in the bottom left corner of your Klaviyo screen. You are also able to copy some of the data across between accounts such as flows.

If you have brands that have multiple associated Klaviyo accounts they can be set up using Klaviyo Portfolio. Note that this only works for merchants that have multiple stores - so if you are managing different clients I would not recommend setting this up as a portfolio.

I hope that helps - feel free to post any questions in this community as you dive into the tools, we are a friendly bunch of Klaviyo users that love sharing best practices!

Thanks
David
