Hi team,

I have some products that their price need to be hidden until user submit a pop-up form.

The Klaviyo pop-up form I am using now is triggered by clicking a button.

Then I have JS code to control it’s submission and change the URL to display product price.

(in a .liquid file, it will check if the url contain some values.  If yes, show price.)

Now, What I would like to achieve is sending an email after users submit the form each time.

The email will has a link to the product and show its price directly.

I have tried set up a flow in Klaviyo.

However, it only works sometimes.

Please see below.

Is there anything wrong?

Could you please advise me how to implement the requirement?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,

Ethan

Hey @Ethan Y

Thanks for asking for help!

Can you share the first emails analytics? Are customers being skipped? If why, what is the “skipped” reason? Or are customers just not triggering the flow once the form is submitted? One last question, when a customers fills out the form multiple times, can you verify that the metric is being recorded each time and its not just the first instance that is being recorded?

PS: I have turned off the Smart Sending, so it won’t skip anyone who received an email within the last 16 hours.
