Notify When Back In Stock Form Not Sending Emails To Trigger / Flow

I am Klaviyo on site App Embed to which the “Notify When Back In Stock”  was automatically created. 

 

Whenever customer feels out the form on the product page I am notified via email that says “You received a new message from your online store’s contact form”

 

However, nobody is added to my Back In Stock flows waiting list and the flow is not being activated. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for the questions. Can you share what the volume of site views looks like for these pages? From the images, the back in stock button is working and should be capturing customers if they complete this step. I dont have access to your account, so if you would like someone from Klaviyo to be able to dive deeper, I would suggest opening a support ticket to figure out what’s happening.
