Hi all

I am having some issues with Klaviyo’s show/hide logic on a Section. When I select a section, go to Display and click on either “Use logic builder” or “Use code” it just swap back to the “Style” tab.

The feature works if I select an object like a text or image block.

But I really need it for whole sections :-/

Anybody experiencing the same? And anybody that knows a work-around?

Welcome to the community @glenmichaelsen

Display logic works OK for me on a section.

The logic builder is a new feature so there might be a bug. I suggest you contact Klaviyo support.

Hope you get it resolved!

Regards

Thanks for your reply, it also worked for me when I tried today, so I think you’re right. I was in contact with their support who couldn’t figure out (atm) what was wrong, but I guess they fixed it.

Seems like a nice addon with the Logic Builder :-)

Yes, @glenmichaelsen creating display logic always seems to be a challenge for users, almost a dark art! The update will help simplify that a lot.

Hi y’all. I’m having a similar issue except mine is that there’s not an option for Boolean choices, and the logic I would’ve previously used is not working correctly. :( (I also tried “isMember equals 1”)
