One option is to first create a segment defined as the following: What somebody has done > Placed Order > at least once > in the last 6 days.
Then, send a campaign to this segment on the day of your choosing during the week. Repeat weekly.
Alternatively, you can build a flow to automate this process. The flow would use the segment above as the trigger. Then, you would use a time-delay to delay until a specific day of the week. Place an email of your choosing in the flow after the time-delay.
