FEATURE REQUESTS: Instant desktop to mobile, popup top image & more...

Forum|alt.badge.img

FIRST:

It should be one click to duplicate an entire email/all blocks from the desktop design to mobile in the editor. Instead of having to click each block, click to duplicate, click again to go to display, click again to select only mobile.

Im sure theres something you would prefer we do to avoid this but Im also sure Im not the only one who is doing it this way and would like to be able to. I dont want all global blocks if thats the workaround currently.

When we finish a desktop template/email I want 1 click to make a duplicate mobile version with our selected presets for padding etc.

SECOND:

Your editor is constantly breaking in formatting and line spacing and its a nightmare. Everyone not just us is pasting from ChatGPT and this as well as duplicating from desktop to mobile seems to break the code and add an extra 20 min of fuss to the work.

THIRD:

The popup should allow us to have a top image on mobile not just left or right which obviously doesnt fit on mobile while a top fixed image on the popup on mobile would easily fit. Why is this not here? Feel like it was before….

FOURTH:

When I go to check on a flow the show analytics is broken and doesnt popup on the right its just blank. I have to click to edit and then get to analytics that way- shouldnt be that many steps.

FIFTH:

The platform should easily report on top performing emails based on different metrics instead of being a manual review process.

SIXTH:

I should be able to see the edit history for flows and everything else I modify in Klaviyo for testing. I have to manually record when I make an iteration instead of being able to auto record changes with a note when I go to save the design. I dont want to make a new one each time because then I dont have historical data. In Google Analytics when a core update happens its tagged in the timeline and this is how it should be with you guys except allow me to add a note about what I changed.

Hey there @ModernHerbCo,

Thanks for the feedback. Klaviyo’s always working to make the platform better, and it’s really useful to know the pain points that make it more difficult for people to use our platform. I’ll be sure to reach out to our product team and recommend that we implement these changes in the future.

I had a couple questions about your requests regarding flows. When you click “Show Analytics,” the normal expected behavior is to see each block in the flow expand, to see how many people received/clicked/purchased from the message, the amount of people waiting for a step, or the breakdown of how many people went down each path of a split. Are you not seeing this data when you click “Show Analytics?”

Also, our flows do record flow history. Unfortunately, at this time, the only changes that aren’t recorded are the changes to the email templates themselves. Changes to the structure/filters of the flows are recorded, however.

Let me know if I’m misunderstanding these two requests, or if you have any additional feedback to share!

Ya looking for change logs for design changes but also on popup to know we changed the time it took before it popups etc...all the variables.

I’m A/B testing messaging and different aspects of the flows and popup and seeing those notes in the analytics/reporting would be very helpful vs we currently log that info in a spreadsheet and have to look back and forth between your reporting and our spreadsheet to diagnose spikes and dips. Google analytics shows the historical graph with “pins’ on dates where changes (for them its core updates) happened and being able to do this on your reports for flows and popups but with notes added to the pins would be very helpful.
