Welcome flow triggers but coupon not sending

First, I think I’ve read through most of the posts and help articles. And in the last 12 plus hours, I think I’ve tried everything Google and AI have served up, but I’m clearly missing something.

Here is my issue. The simple version. My welcome coupon is not sending.

The long version. I’m using Woo and Klaviyo, and they are successfully connected. I created my flow in Klaviyo, and just used one of the provided templates. It pretty basic: trigger, email, wait, split--if they don’t use the coupon in 4 days, they get another email.

My settings: I’m using double opt-in. My trigger is set to my master list, my flow is live, I have no filters, and smart sending is off. Oh, and I’m using dynamic coupons if that matters.

What’s happening/isn’t happening. I’ve got a whack of email addresses, so I’ve tried this multiple times with a new address each time. I go to my store and fill in the pop-up. I immediately get the opt-in email, and I click the button. I get the splash page that tells my yay, I’m subscribed--and then nothing. I do not get the offer email. The one time I got it was when I engaged with the splash page which has a link where I can update my preferences. When I added a first and last name to the form and submitted, I immediately got my coupon email. I tried this another time with another address, but I think I only added a first name--no email sent. And yes, my form only requires an email address, nothing else.

What I can see in my dashboard. When I preview the flow’s sample profiles, they say that I’m not getting pass mark. What I am getting is a enter mark. All of my attempts have only entered the flow--even for the one where I interacted with form and finally got my coupon email--but they have not passed through the flow successfully. A few say skipped, but that seems to be emails I may have used a second time. I can’t find any specific info on the skips, and I’m not sure if I’m looking the right place.

Hopefully I’ve given you all enough info, and hopefully you can spot where I’m missing a step because I can’t seem to find out where.

Ps. I just remembered I have Cloudflare set up as well, but I’m pretty sure I have all the correct settings there, as everything else is communicating just fine.

So based off of the information you’ve provided, it sounds like your sign up form is working as expected and profiles are successfully entering your list. The issue is that they’re being skipped from your flow emails and not receiving the coupon code. 

Here are the steps for viewing the skipped recipients of your flow email: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260805003210#h_01HA7TBWG2PXATK7RKJ4MZ5HTN . 

From here, you will see a specific skip reason. This list goes over each skip reason and what they mean. 

Once you’ve identified the skip reason, you can determine whether something needs to be adjusted within your flow and then make the necessary adjustments.

Thanks for the reply! I had issues when creating this post and it got duplicated. I had an answer on another post and just realized this one existed. 

The flow is working as it should now. The issue was a missing apostrophe in my email template formatting.
