setup a flow that will stop if the 1st email is clicked on or send the next email if the previous email was not

Hi,

How do I setup a flow that will stop if the 1st email is clicked on or send the next email if the 1st email was not clicked on?

I tried setting a conditional split based on if a person has clicked an email but I can’t seem to set it up right. How or can I?

Hi @jasonj,

Yes, you can do this! What you’ll want to do is add an individual email filter: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002779091-Add-an-Additional-Filter-to-a-Single-Flow-Email

The condition would be for the Clicked Email event, filtered for the previous flow message.

Have a nice weekend!
