Asking customers a question during checkout and passing answer to Klaviyo (woocommerce)

Hi, What’s the best way or what would you recommend in order to add a custom field to the checkout form (not the Thank You page) and pass the content of that field to Klaviyo?

Thanks for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community!

For how to add a custom field to your checkout form, I’d recommend contacting WooCommerce support since it’s their platform that you’re looking to modify. If anyone else in the forum that’s using WooCommerce has any insight into how to modify this page specifically, feel free to share!

In order to then pass that new data over to Klaviyo, you can leverage our API by making a request to our Identify endpoint.
