Cancelled order revenue reporting

As part of the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo, I was wondering if it would be possible to remove cancelled orders from the assisted revenue reporting.

 

This often inflate results and can lead to wrong insights on campaigns or flows performance.

Thanks for sharing this thought with us.

I can confirm that this is something that is currently being scoped out by our product team and is very much on their radar. Shopify currently subtracts canceled and refunded orders from their revenue, so you may want to use their revenue figures if cancellations/refunds are big factors into your total revenue while we look into building this out on our end.
