Integration with Recharge V2

Hi everyone, i have a quick question. I’m having problem with integration recharge V2 with Klaviyo. 

Unfortunately, the V1 that was installed and working properly has been removed. 
The main issues is that the integration on Recharge say it is connected, but on klaviyo, it says go to the recharge admin to finish the integration. And all the metrics are no longer showing any data received (Started subscription, cancelled subscription etc).
