im using Klaviyo with Woocommerce. I asked support to add the “on hold” status to my orders. This should prevent people from getting into the abandoned cart flow. It’s currently set to manual but im still seeing users in the “needs review” section
As I do not have all details of how your flow is setup or if your Woocommerce integration is properly synced and updated, I will leave some resources that could point to an explanation.
My first guess is the AND filter for the 15 days. If there is a time delay and a failed periodic sync, that could cause some issues.
