Why can't I edit block in any flow and campaign?

I have try to use many kind of broswer But I still can't edit block in kaviyo any flow and compaign.

I don't know why, I had contacted the support team, but I did’t get any solution.

In my experience, this can be causes by various reasons but is typically a browser issue. I’d suggest pursuing these possible routes to find a solution : 

  • Navigate into your account and try editing your blocks via Incognito mode
  • clear you cahce and cookies in your server history
  • Logging out and back into your Klaviyo account
  • Double checking that your ad blockers, anti-viral softwares, or network filters/firewalls aren’t preventing these pages to load
  • Ensuring that the browser you are using is up to date

 

However, I can see that you still have an ongoing conversation with one of our amazing support team members. They will be able to pinpoint the issue for you so I would encourage to keep working together to find the solution! Additonally, I’d encourage you to check out this Community thread of a peer who had a similar issue to gain more insight.
