My flow won't send emails to my segment

I created a new flow that won’t send any emails to this segmented list.

 

I have a filter that states when someone subscribes to the list and if someone is in the list and I have back populated the flow

A few past topics sort of address this, take a look at these suggestions for troubleshooting:

Many times, it’s because of the double-optin settings, so if it’s a List Triggered Flow, the user must first opt-in to be added to the List.  Another common issue is that if someone has already been through the Flow (for a List Triggered Flow), they can’t go through it again (even if they subscribed again).  See if these two issues apply to your scenario and let us know!
