Hey guys.

On my emails footer, I want to display ohters products that customers might be interested in.

The thing is, when I do it, it displays a big “stop” and it’s written on it : “Stop ! This image was hotlinked”.

Do you know what does it mean ?

Thans for your help.

Steve.

Hi there @Steve0603

Thanks for your question, happy to help!

It sounds like this issue might be related to a setting within WordPress or an extension that you may have added (It could be security setting within WordPress). These images are synced directly from your Woocommerce backend so the issue will need to be addressed in Woocommerce/Wordpress.

Please disable hotlinking from within your WordPress (or other extensions) that you are using. I have found an article here that explains a little about hotlinking - however, I suggest reaching out to the support for whichever extension you are using for further assistance, as this is not a Klaviyo setting.

I've also found this post on a forum that may be of use since I can see a few different solutions there
