Hi Klaviyo community,

Please help if you can! Here’s an image of my one e-mail. Somehow all the text seems to be hyperlinked towards the end of the mail. But when I click on the text in the editor to check if it’s linked, it isn’t.

How do I fix this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated as it says I can’t send mails as the error is syntax is broken.

Warm regards,

Rox

Hi @smileyrox ,

Welcome to the Community!

For the hyperlinking, this may be related to something in your source code. You can check this by clicking this button:

It will show you the HTML coding of this text block, and you might find something here that is causing the text to be formatted as a hyperlink.

For the syntax error, it may or may not be related to the hyperlinked text. Most often, I see these types of errors related to issues with tags and variables. I’ve linked a resources that can help you troubleshoot that if it is not related to the hyperlinked text.

There are also a few threads here on the Community that discuss some common causes of syntax errors:

Hope that helps!
