Abandoned checkout flow still going out after purchase

Hey all,

I’m also having an issue where my customers who have placed an order are still getting the abandoned cart emails.

Here is how my flow filter is setup:-

Is this correct?

Are there any modifications i should make?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

My colleague actually wrote a post about this exact issue and how to fix it, here:

 

The post highlights several potential causes, and there also is a lengthy conversation in the comments, so I would recommend reading through that and making sure you’ve addressed all of those points.
