On the Change Plan page, I cannot update my billing information to upgrade to a paid subscription plan. I cannot enter my card number in the placeholder and cannot click on the confirm and pay button. Can someone assist?

Happy to hear you want to upgrade your sending and profile amount in Klaviyo!
Since there isn’t a known issue for billing at this time, I would try these trouble shooting steps to see if you can successfully upgrade:
- Log out of your account and log back in
- Try again on a different browser
- Clear your cache and cookies
