HI!

Transferring a list of fewer than 5,000 subscribers — is a warming process necessary for this client? Additionally, what's a good rule of thumb regarding the number of subscribers and average open rate to decide whether a client should initiate a warming process instead of focusing on building a healthy list through key flows and regular campaigns?

Thanks for your help!

Hey @Momento

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

Check out this article on which warming process to use in Klaviyo. It will be based on the type of sending domain being used, if the account already has “open” and “click” data attributed to it or if its a brand new account. If the list is being added to a brand new account or they just added a new branded sending domain you’ll want to follow the standard warming process. If the account has no event data or metrics you may need to use the platform introduction process. The articles I linked contain other resources that help you determine how success is considered and other factors to consider when ramping up a new list in Klaviyo.

Hope this helps!
