Our site has a signup form for a blog and a different signup form for users not on the blog. Is there a way to ensure users who have seen one popup but declined to sign up don’t see another popup during their visit? We are trying to avoid flooding users with too many popups.

Hello @BoiledGoose,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

@Mailbox Manny and @julie.accardo explained how using the “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles” targeting behavior would help alleviate this in the Community post below:

Additionally, I would also suggesting using the “Don't show again after submit form or go to URL action” display frequency setting. This would further help your signup form from appearing for users in a certain amount of time if someone decides to close the form rather than having to be cookied to prevent the form from appearing.

You can also learn more about using signup forms and their respective settings in our Getting started with signup forms Help Center article and Creating an Effective Acquisition Strategy Using Signup Forms Academy Course.

I hope this helps!
