I’m having problems getting SMS consent to send from Clickfunnels to Klavio.

I’ve tried adding a custom field in Zapier with sms_consent but that doesn’t seem to work.

I’ve also tried using the webhook document https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054803711-Guide-to-Collecting-SMS-Consent-via-API

I think I have everything set up a but it doesn’t seem to be passing the sms_consent.

Any ideas on how to get it working?

Hello @devin207,

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community!

Since it sounds like you are utilizing Zapier as the medium to pass SMS consent from ClickFunnels to Klaviyo, I would rather suggest utilizing the How to Send Consent to Klaviyo via Zapier Help Center article as it would be more specific to your use case.

Keep in mind though that either using this Zapier medium method or using Klaviyo’s API method to collect SMS consent, they both would be custom work that we recommend working with a developer you are familiar with to implement and troubleshoot. You can also reach out to one of the many accredited Klaviyo Partners to assist you in further implementing one of these solutions.

I hope this helps!
