Hi Community,

I have a problem with the Prestashop Module.

When a product is removed on the website, it should display a 404 page.

With the Klaviyo Module, the website return un “Fatal error” blank page.

This is a very import issue for us, customer and seo.

Someone have an idea?

Thank you,

Nicolas

Hi @Brian Turcotte  ,

Yes, i opened a Support ticket.

The answer was the same : “refresh your browser”.

My Prestashop version is : 1.7.8.6

Did you try on other website using Klaviyo?

Some have the same problem.

Best regards,

Nicolas

Hi @NicolasK and welcome to the Community!

As an initial step, I would suggest to try the following:

If that doesn’t alleviate the issue, it may also be helpful to modify your server’s .htaccess file according to this thread:

I hope this helps, and thanks for using the Community!

Hi @Brian Turcotte ,

Thank you for your answer.

I tried on differents browsers, differents computers the problem is allways the same.

The module reinstallation didn’t change anything.

I update too.

We don’t have autorization problem with htaccess.

The communication between klaviyo module and klaviyo website works.

I tried on other website using prestashop and Klaviyo, some of them have the same problem.

This is not an isolated problem.

You can try.

Go on a Prestashop website, change the “product id” on the url.

If the “id” isn’t active, with Klaviyo the website will return a “fatal error” instead a 404.

Hi @NicolasK!

Seeing as the expected troubleshooting tips were unsuccessful, I am going to reach out to Engineering to determine if this is a wider-known issue. I will update the thread as soon as I can gather more information.

Thanks again for being a Community member!

Hi @NicolasK!

My apologies for the delay in response here - may I ask what version of Prestashop you are integrating with?

Also, I see that you filed a Support ticket and received a response - it may be helpful to follow up there for more account-personalized troubleshooting as they have more access.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi @NicolasK!

I spoke to Engineering about this and they recommend that the best course of action would be to follow up on the existing Support ticket or create a new one, as Support will be able to provide more account-specific troubleshooting.

If they recommend following steps that already were covered here and didn’t work, feel free to let them know and I can assure you that they will offer alternative troubleshooting steps!

Best,

Brian
