what is the working process for placed order trigger in shopify linked with klaviyo ?

 how can configure place orders in order for Shopify ?some one have any idea for that.

Hi @shalukumari and welcome to the Community!

 

If you synced your Shopify store with Klaviyo using the recommended steps featured in our article Getting Started with Shopify, then Placed Order metrics should automatically start syncing to your Klaviyo account. After you integrate, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several days to sync all of your data.

 

Additionally, if you navigate to your Performance Dashboard after a successful sync, you would be able to see Shopify Placed Order metric available from the drop-down menu at the top-right.

 

After the initial sync, all new data (including Placed Orders) are synced in real time from your Shopify store.

 

If you’re issue is that you’re unable to find your Shopify Placed Order metrics in your Klaviyo account, then I would first suggest to consult the Getting Started with Shopify to ensure that your integration was set up properly. If that’s not the issue, would you be willing to share a little more about the exact issue so that myself and other Community member can gather some more context?
