Hello @Laurent,

Welcome back to the Klaviyo Community!

I’m not too familiar with TypeForm, but I would suspect you can potentially add an event listen to trigger when the form is launched.

This way you can create a segment with definitions such as “What someone has done, visited form at least once AND what someone has done, filled out form (TypeForm) zero times)”.

Only caveat I see with this is that the visitor would already need to be cookied in order for the event listen to post a custom event to the profile. This means it may work for pre-existing profiles that are returning customers to your store, but it wouldn’t work in the following scenarios:

  • new site visitors
  • existing users whose cookies were cleared
  • existing users who use ad-blockers or similar software on their browsers

I would suggest taking a look at our Set up API-based website activity events Developer guide for more guidance on this. I believe you’ll find the Website activity most helpful when you’re formulating your custom code for this.

If you need more hands on assistance, I would recommend reaching out to our expansive network of Klaviyo Partners through the Partner’s Directory
