As Klaviyo’s Chief Product Officer I am excited to share Klaviyo’s next evolution. We are expanding beyond marketing into customer service, to unify marketing, service and analytics.
This new direction is in direct response to a major challenge that I’m sure many of you experience today - disconnected tools, making it nearly impossible to get a complete view of your customers to deliver the personalized, frictionless experiences modern shoppers expect. I’ve included an overview of the product offerings below.
New product offerings in Klaviyo B2C CRM:
- Klaviyo Service: Customer Hub will be Klaviyo’s first step into the world of customer service. Powered by our Klaviyo Data Platform, it delivers a signed-in shopper experience that brings marketing and service together, allowing customers to track orders, manage subscriptions, and discover new products—all in one place.
- Klaviyo Analytics: Introducing a new AI-powered product, Marketing Analytics, designed to help brands better understand customer and purchase behavior, and take action on those insights all within Klaviyo
- Klaviyo Marketing: Expanded tools to help brands run campaigns across multiple channels, personalize outreach, and automate engagement for higher conversions and stronger customer relationships.
We may evolve, but what remains constant is our dedication to building a product built on a foundation of collaboration with our customers and partners, and your insights are critical in shaping the direction we take. Every update, new feature, and improvement is driven by the input we receive from you.
