Hello everyone,

As announced last week, the Klaviyo Community is also evolving to better serve all of you. I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about some upcoming changes before they go live. These updates are designed to align with the latest improvements to Klaviyo and to create a more streamlined, efficient experience for our community.

What’s changing:

  • Category consolidation: We’re streamlining categories for simplicity.
  • New resource location: "Getting Started" resources will be relocated to The Klaviyo Power Up.
  • Strategic advice section: Our current eCommerce strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention) will be grouped together as Strategic Advice.
  • Tag updates: Tags will be refreshed for clarity and simplicity.

Why the Changes?

  • Streamlined experience: Fewer categories will make it easier for you to create and find posts. Consolidation will also ensure that categories remain active and engaging.
  • The Klaviyo Power Up: This will become your go-to resource for getting started with Klaviyo, while the Community remains a great space for advice, peer collaboration, and support.
  • Expanded content: As Klaviyo continues to grow, so will the range of content available. Strategic Advice will replace eCommerce Strategies to cover a broader set of topics.
  • Clearer tags: To make searching and categorizing even easier, we’re simplifying the tags.

You will notice these changes Feb 26th. We’re always looking to improve and value your input. If you have any questions or feedback on these changes, feel free to reach out!

Klaviyo is making some great changes to improve the community experience! The category consolidation will make it easier to navigate and find relevant posts. Moving "Getting Started" resources to The Klaviyo Power Up should provide a more focused space for new users, while grouping strategic advice under a single section will help users easily access important eCommerce insights. Simplifying tags will also make it easier to search and organize content. Overall, these changes seem aimed at improving accessibility and engagement. Looking forward to seeing these updates in action!
