Hi all, I’m getting this error when creating a flow. The logic is basically if an order is placed, and if the customers number of orders is = 1, then create a campaign that sends them an email with a discount code. In place of the “List or Segment ID” I am placing shopify’s native variable {{ order.email }} and am receiving this error. The thing is, where I removed the “list_id\:”_______\”, their email is there. I’ve tried creating a segment within Klaviyo but the logic I want is applying thousands of customers. I do not want this, I only want the email to be sent if the person makes a first purchase, not the thousands of other people who have already. That would mean each time I run this Flow, all those people would receive the same email. Any ideas?

Hi @Space Holdings!

From where are you attempting to make this API call? Also, it appears you’re making a call to a Campaign endpoint, but you mention flow in your initial message - would you be willing to provide just a little more context about the interface you’re using here?

Best,

Brian
