Back in stock button not showing when translation definition is present in url

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hey,

I am working with your Back in Stock button feature, and have noticed when the URL has the translation definition present in the URL the button doesn’t appear. I have triple checked and my code is integrated correctly, but not sure if there’s a setting in Klaviyo that needs to be addressed or if this needs to be approached a different way.

Example:

www.store.com/sv/products/product - Doesn’t show button (Swedish)

www.store.com/products/product - Shows button

Hi @Tall Boy Water

My apologies for the delay here - may I ask which theme you’re using for Shopify? (if you’re using Shopify - if not, which e-commerce platform are you using?)

Back in stock functionality is only supported for the free Shopify themes, as noted here in the Help Center:

Best,
Brian
