Review request flow - "Needs Review" section says "No data available"

So I just setup the review request flow, and there were about 200+ customers in the “Needs review” section and I decided I’d send about 15 requests a day, that way it wasn’t a whole bunch of reviews all done on one day. I’ve done this for about two days now, and then yesterday (and still today) all it says where there used to be a long list of customers is “No data available”. This is also odd because I can export the CSV and see all 179 customers that are on the “Needs review” list, but it will not load and therefore I can’t click on them and send them the review request. (And yes, I have refreshed/reloaded + waited a day and it is still like this).

Welcome to the community!

I noticed in your screen shot, under Date Range (near the top left) it is set to Last Week. I honestly didn’t even know there was a date range on this screen. I checked one of my flows, and it is set to All Time - maybe changing that drop down would help??
