Configure or remove tap-to-text error when creating pop-up sign up form

I am trying to create a sms & email multi step sign up form and cannot publish the form as I am receiving the following form alert: “Configure or remove tap-to-text - Make sure you have compatible SMS numbers for your account to use tap-to-text.”

We have just set up SMS on the account and the SMS settings are all active and correct. Would just like som guidance on how to proceed with fixing this error so that we can start collecting numbers via the sign up form.

While you might have SMS configured correctly in your account, the issue might lie in the the tap-to-text feature itself. This feature is only available for the following countries and sending numbers:

  • US toll-free number
  • CA toll-free number
  • UK long codes
  • AUS long codes
  • IE long codes
  • UK short codes (vanity)
  • NZ short codes (vanity)

 
For instance if you’re in the UK, Ireland, or Australia the unfortunately, you are unable to use the tap-to-text feature with Branded Sender IDs. I’d recommend checking out this help center documentation for more insight!
