Here's a quick summary:
Klaviyo is now the "Klaviyo B2C CRM" with four components:
- Marketing - everything you already know and love about Klaviyo for email/sms/push/app/reviews, and webchat coming soon.
- Services - New with this announcement, starting with the Customer Hub. AI Agents, Unified inbox and more to come.
- Analytics - reporting across all channels, new "Marketing Analytics," and "Service Analytics"
- Klaviyo Data Platform - All the data across Klaviyo in one unified place.

Automated SMS Chat
- "Chatbot" like feature for auto-replies chat sequence in SMS
- Chat sequences can prompt users for multiple choice, and their responses can be stored in their customer profile property.
- You can also have Campaign specific auto replies, so that when a user receives an SMS Campaign, they can reply with a certain keyword to start the chat sequence.
