Hi @whitedaisyuk!For abandoned cart metrics to track, the user first has to be identified by Klaviyo (by entering their email in the email field of the checkout). If that step doesn’t occur, the metric won’t be synced to a profile in Klaviyo. - Brian

Hi @Siddique2020!While there isn’t a native integration between Klaviyo and Excel or Google Sheets, it’s possible that you could create a custom integration that would enable this use case, using our APIs/Webhooks or perhaps a third party tool like Zapier. Would you mind sharing a little more about the content from Klaviyo that you hope to update the sheet with? - Brian

Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Hi @Susmit!That’s correct, at this time, lead creation (and the relevant profile information) is the only information synced from the Salesforce CRM to Klaviyo. It’s possible that you could create custom metrics using our APIs, but that would constitute a custom use case that is technically beyond the scope of Community and Support.
